Sadhnaben was struggling with financial problems until few years ago when she decided to start a small business. This is when she approached Light Microfinance to avail a loan in order to improve the standard of living of her family. With the help of Light Microfinance, Sadhnaben has a thriving business of making chapatis that she supplies to small food stalls. She makes an average of 1000 chapatis a day which requires 10 kgs. of flour. The loan from Light Microfinance has helped her with enhanced income and enabled her to pay for the higher education of the children. Her son is now aspiring to become a Chartered Accountant and her daughter attends nursing school.
